Gary Myer's Update

After Silver Bullet's debut in Sydney at Motor-X, the 'showing' of the Silver Bullet began in earnest.
First, Gary and Deby took a boat ride to Tassie, where they had been invited by Matt Hamilton from Joe's Garage to display the Silver Bullet at his Indoor Show.

It was the overwhelming focus of the record crowd that poured through the doors throughout the weekend. Then there were a lot of Invitation Shows, as well as Judging Shows, along the way.
At the Holden vs. Ford Show in Melbourne (November 2004) the Silver Bullet won Top Ford of State, Top Mustang, Top 10 Undercarriage, Top Paint, Top Engine Bay, Top Interior and Top Engineered.

Then at the SummerNats 18 in January 2005 the judges and the spectators were in accord; Gary and Deby's Silver Bullet had the 'WOW!' factor hands down. The Silver Bullet won People's Choice, Top Show Elite and Co-Grand Champion, which meant the Silver Bullet was not just displayed but was driven by Gary in competition.

This was the first time the title has been shared in the history of the SummerNats. Since stunning the crowds and judges at SummerNats 18, Gary and Deby have continued to sweep the field with the Silver Bullet in one prestigious car show after the other.

AME Show at Albury (9 &10 April) - swept the pool of awards gaining first place in five categories - Best Undercarriage / Best Interior / Best Exterior / Best Engineered / Best Engine Bay - to win Top Show Car of Show and Top Car Display.

AME Show Adelaide (14-16 May) - took Top Show Car and Best Displayed Vehicle.

Meguiar's MotorEx Show Sydney (2 & 3 July) - won the top crown; the 2005 Championships Meguiar's Superstars Best of the Breed Street Machine. And that's not all.

Gary and Deby decided to bring their own street machine celebration to Adelaide and have been flat out ever since organizing the inaugural GazzaNationals.

"This is going to be as great day," Gary said. "I'm really looking forward to the GazzaNationals because it's our way of giving something back to the sport and all the fans who have supported us over the years. Don't miss it."
